*To provide customer focused reactive repairs to our residents, with a view to achieving a first fix every time, maintaining customer satisfaction at all times.
*A working knowledge and understanding of reactive building maintenance is essential, maintaining a customer focused work ethic.
*A good knowledge of hand held technology would be an advantage.

| Title: Skip/Transport Logistics Controller Type: Permanent Salary: Salary is Negotiable Location: Greenwich, SE10 Details: Plant Hire company based in Greenwich are looking to recruit an experienced Skip/Transport Logistics Controller to become a part of an ever-expanding and skilled team.

Your role would include;
• Plan and route the rounds of our skip fleets and collection vans
• Be responsible for the daily work schedule for waste services including skips, roll-on/roll-offs, grabs, tippers, sweepers and bulkers including low-loader movements
• Communicate effectively with the management team and Drivers/loaders to ensure good working relationships
• Deal with the contingency process for staff absence and Vehicle breakdowns
• Manage holiday schedules and time keeping/sickness absence of all Drivers
• Identify any missed collections/deliveries and ensure they are rectified quickly and managed customer’s expectations
• Ensure activities within operations are carried out with the highest regard to health and safety and the wellbeing of all employees, customers, and members of the public
• Working knowledge of Transport regulations and Tachograph legalisation
| Title: Sales Co-Ordinator Type: Permanent Salary: £30,000 p.a. Location: Woolwich, The Royal Arsenal Details: Position for an Electronics company that is a high-volume supplier of Electronic Components and Custom Plastic and Rubber Mouldings, imported from the Far East.

The position is Sales Co-ordinator reporting to the Sunon Product Manager, duties include:
* Dealing with customer enquiries by telephone, email and letter.
* Preparing quotations, providing samples and arranging product data.
* Supporting actions from Customer meetings visit reports and telephone support.
* Dealing with factories in Asia to obtain price quotations & support projects
* Maintaining customer files and general administration work, using CRM System
* Processing orders and sample requests.

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working in a busy sales environment and has good office skills.
||
Training will be provided; however, the Company’s size means that the individual will be required to take a flexible approach and interest in understanding the Company’s products and systems.
